Santos vs Teixeira: Glover fought through adversity and got a big win last night. He has now won five in a row against top shelf guys at 205lbs. He got clipped early in the first round but somehow fought through and ended up taking taking Santos down and smashing him for the rest of the round. Second round I had as a 10-8 for Glover as he almost finished Santos at the very end of that round. Third round, Glover gets dropped at the start of the round and it looks like things are starting to turn around for Santos. He then gets reversed and Glover ends up finishing him with a rear naked choke. I think he 100% deserves the next title shot at 205lbs vs Jan. He has more than paid his dues and if they give it to Izzy is March, I would wait until the fight is available.   

Best of the Rest: Barcelos got a good decision win over Taha. He moves to 5-0 in the UFC and deserves a number next to his name after that night. Chikadze gets his first finish in the UFC with a head kick to ground and pound in the first round. He moves to 4-0 in his UFC career. Yan earned a decision win over Gadelha. I believe she needs one more win to get that title shot against fellow Chinese fighter Zhang. Giles got a good third round KO over Lewis. Romanov stays undefeated and gets a very rare submission in the first round with a forearm choke. He is definitely one to watch at Heavyweight. Darren Elkins did what he does and ate everything his opponent through at him and still got the finish with a rear naked choke in the third round. Finally, Max Griffin ripped his opponents ear off with a elbow strike in the third round to get the TKO finish.
